Is there wind in OFP and does it affect bullet trajectory?

There is indeed wind in OFP but it does not affect bullet trajectory. Wind in OFP does, however, affect the following game attributes:

• Smoke, dust and other "cloudlets"
• Helicopter flight and parachute drifts
• Flag waving
