Purpose

This little effort is in the same vein as FPEditor, access to the contents of
Op Flashpoint .pbo files, the main differences are that file extraction is all
or nothing and there is as yet no re-insertion of files (it also puts the right
number of extensions and dots on filenames ;-)

Operation

Should be self explanatory. A couple of things to look out for, if you specify
an output directory DePBO will create another within it with the name of the
.pbo file minus the extension ie: 'demo1.demo.pbo' will extract to
'outputdir\demo1.demo'. If you leave the output directory blank the files
will extract to 'inputdir\[.pbo filename]'.

Problems/Limitations

Nothing major AFAIK, error checking is marginal but will hopefully trap most
stuff. Correct operation is only anywhere near guaranteed on the original
.pbo files as I have no way of knowing what someone has done to them otherwise.
I cannot test further until I get my hands on the full version or some files
from the press demo, if there are any extras. If anything untoward happens
send me a mail containing an explanation of what you were doing and attach the
.pbo file and anything else you feel relavent (mangled files etc.).
BOTTOM LINE - If this software blows up your house/kills your cat, dog, other
pet/insert your disaster here. Don't come crying to me.

Changes

Since V1.0b:
1. Clears processed files list before next extract operation.
2. Input file existance now checked for manually specified files.
3. Checks that input file is *.PBO but allows continue if user wishes.
4. Saves to correct directory demo1.demo.pbo=demo1.demo, missions now run
correctly when extracted to missions dir.
5. Fixed 128 file extract maximum bug - used byte as index.
6. Fixed no read from dta\sound.pbo bug - not really my fault .pbo file uses
'/' instead of '\' to delimit directories.

Feedback

Any suggestions, criticisms, thanks welcome.
If you know what the four bytes preceding the file size in the .pbo
'offset table' at the head of the file are I would really like to know.
